The public consultation period is from Saturday 28 January 2012 to Thursday 1 March 2012. A public hearings process will follow.

Please note: We are legally required to make all written or electronic submissions available to the public and to Councillors, this includes the name and address of the submitter. (Information will be available to the public subject to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987). Submissions must be received (NOT postmarked) at the Hereford Street Civic Offices no later than 5pm on Thursday 1st March 2012. To ensure receipt, hand deliver last-minute submissions to the Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street.
