by "Board, Committee &/or Date"
Searching
for meetings for All Boards and Committees:
Ensure
that the 'Select a Board or Committee' drop down list is showing
the 'All Groups' option
Use
the 'Select a Date Range' drop down list to select a date range
for your search.
Tip: You need to provide a date range other than 'All
Scheduled Meetings' for this type of search.
Searching
for a specific Board or Committee:
Use
the 'Select a Board or Committee' drop down list to select the board
or committee that you want to find meeting information for
Use
the 'Select a Date Range' drop down list to select a date range
for your search.
The 'All
Scheduled Meetings' option in the 'Select a Date Range' drop down list
will return all meetings for a specific board or committee from the
present day forward.
Tip:
You need to select a specific board or committee from the 'Select
a Board or Committee' drop down list to do a search for all scheduled
meetings.
Next Meeting:
This option in the 'Date Range' drop down list will return the next
meeting being held at the Christchurch City Council.
If the
'All Groups' option is selected in the 'Select a Board or Committee'
drop down list, then the results returned will be the next meeting
scheduled for ANY board or committee in the Christchurch City Council.
To find
the next meeting for a specific board or committee, first select the
board or committee using the 'Board or Committee' drop down list;
then select the 'Next Meeting' option in the Date Range' drop down
list.
The Meeting
Finder Calendar allows you to search for boards and committees that
have meetings on a specific date(s).
Where
a date on the calendar is a link (underlined) then the Christchurch
City Council has meetings that day (In the calendar on the left, meetings
are being held on the 21st, 23rd and 27th May 2002).
Click
on the date link to view all meetings for that day.
Tip:
Use the 'Prev Month' or 'Next Month' link to change the month that
is displaying on the calender.
